Hi,

I am not sure is there any method to compare two blobs data, but we have alternate options like extract the both blobs using the BIX extract and compare or use any third party db tools.

If you are able to use Connect-SQL for the mentioned tables, then based on the database that you have, you will be able to use the sql queries and be able to compare.
