How to change a Data Type Ruleset

Hi,

Recently a Data Type we created in one of the FW layer Rulesets was requested by the Client to be part of the Delegated rules they want to be able to customize. How can we refactor the Data Type and change the current Ruleset to be one for the Delegated rules?
