How to capture image using webcam on button in Pega

I have a requirement, when I click a button need to open the webcam, capture the picture and save the picture in DB. Can you please suggest a way to do this?

I have tried following the document/process but still the code is not working. I am able to get the webcam capture work. I can't even open webcam in all browsers.
