Hi Praveen,

Please click on the settings of dynamic layout  and create a custom css class and specify it in the Presentation tab .

On your Application Skin rule, either create a new Container, or amend an existing one to have a border:

Then on your dynamic layout, change the container to be the amended or created Container style.

Try and limit using inline styles to situations where the skin is not capable, and even then mark up with a class and create a custom css rule for it; this is for maintenance and reuse purposes, as changes only ever need to be made to the skin or css rule for future modifications.
