How can I use a single operator ID from Mobile app and for SSO?
If I want to use an operator id for SSO I have to check “Use external authentication ” check box in Security tab of Operator ID. If I do the same I would not be able to login with the operator id from Pega Mobile App. At the time of login from mobile app it will through an error. Is there any way to use a single operator ID from Mobile app and for SSO? Please suggest.

Which version of Pega 7?
We have a few customers using SiteMinder with Mobile/Offline. The trick for some has been that they needed to duplicate the JS that is contained in Web-Login and supporting files into your SSO login screen. Also, you should still configure your Web-Login in Pega as that is what will be shown when the mobile application is offline. Hope this helps.

We have same requirement and we are also trying to find a solution.
James - login will be handled by "pyImporteduser" property from operator in this case. But, as you explained, how will it work if we copy JS that is contained in Web-Login and supporting files into your SSO login screen? we are F5 for SSO.
can you please suggest us with exact steps.
