How can I setup starting time for a scheduler if it runs multiple times a day
If you have a job running monthly, weekly or daily you can configure the start time in the job scheduler.
I need to set up a job running three times a day (every 8 hours). It should run at 7am, 3pm and 11pm. When I use the option "multiple times a day" there is no option to set up an initial start time.
I tried in Dev-Environment and it seems that the first run will be 8 hours after I check in the job scheduler. I wonder what will happen when I move the rule to staging.
How can I set up an initial time for this job scheduler?

This might not be an answer to your question. But it might be an alternative to your situation.
Can you run the Job scheduler every hour and in the activity first step, using WHEN cond check whether current time lies on 7 am OR 3 pm OR 11 pm? If true, proceed with further steps, else exit activity.
