How can i resync a single case in process fabric?
I have a single case that has not updated in process fabric after it left the work basket and is still showing in a workasbet in the interwoven worklist.
Is there any way to get it updated without running a full resync for the application. We have a lot of cases and it takes hours to run.

@Matt Hall there is a way to update a single case without running a full resync for the application. You can use the 'Refresh' option in the case manager portal. This will update the status of the case in the worklist and workbasket. If the case is still not updated, you may need to check if there are any issues with the case routing or if there are any errors in the system logs.

@MarijeSchillernI tried refresh and saving the case but that doesn't trigger the declare trigger pyPF_PublishSave on the assign-worklist class. So the case is still missing from the persons Process Fabric worklist.

Hi @Matt Hall ,
Can you check if there are any broken queue items for ProcessTask QueueProcessor on the ProcessFabric Hub or pyPF_PublishAssignment on the remote application? If yes, please try re-queueing the item. This should sync just that particular assignment.
Note: If this assignment has been updated after the queue item was created and that update got synced with hub, then this queue item would simply be discarded as the latest update has already been published to Hub.
The declare trigger to sync data to hub is configured to fire when the assignment( Assign-WorkList/Assign-Workbasket ) is committed to DB. Is there any option to re-assign the assignment to an admin and then back to the user?
