Is there any OOTB rules to call a section/flow action via an activity? 

I have a requirement to show a screen if the case is not passed the validation. The validation itself is running on a pre-processing in a flow action to do an Objection Claim. The screen is actually only a text like "you are not allowed to file an objection" and with a button to go back to the case details.

So it simply if the case does not pass the validation for the objection claim, the screen of "not allowed to file an objection file" should be shown, instead of the Objection Claim section.

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved would be appreciated.
