Thanks for posting your query in PSC :)
I have gone through the attachment provided.
1. As per Pega recommendations, you need to test the scenario at 100% browser resolution. making browser explicit zoom leads to other UI issues.
2. Follow the first step, if you see the same issue at 100% browser resolution. find out the parent div element (that might be HarnessContent or Harnessbody)
add below style in userworkform (OOTB HTML Fragment)
.HarnessBody/HarnessContent{
width:100%;
overflow-x:hidden
}
Hope this should fix your issue.

My current browser resolution is 100% only, I have also tried by reducing the browser resolution from 100% to 50 %, even though scroll bar is appearing pfa.
pzStudioContainer is the section which is called by pzStudio harness (pfa), please let me know in which tab should i put the above ootb html fragment code.
