How to automate ARIS Process Maps which use Drag & Drop extensively?
ARIS process maps are used extensively by large enterprises to generate the detailed functional flow.
We need to automate ARIS generation of process maps to effectively reduce the human involvement.
Is there a drag & drop feature in OpenSpan which can be used in this context?

When you open ARIS web page using web adapter, it loads an AWT (Abstract Window Toolkit) window which is loaded on runtime using Java client. We are unable to interrogate this screen as this is not an windows adapter (adapter that loads using an *.exe or *.bat). Further, we are unable to interrogate the ARIS application. Image scraping does not look like a plausible solution here. Are there any alternatives?

What process is your java app running as (java.exe, javaw.exe, possibly other?). You may need to create a separate windows adapter and set it to StartMethod = MonitorAll so that we can hook into the corresponding process once it is started through the web adapter. The path will be the java process being used.
Please be aware that if your application is using OracleForms, then you will not be able to interrogate it as we do not support OracleForms in Studio 8.xx

There is not a method to perform a Drag and Drop action through automation in Openspan. Is there any other way that your Use Case can be implemented, like copy-paste that could be done through Sendkeys?
