How to attach Connect-File output to a work object

Hi,  I'm unable to attach a file to Work object which has been generated through Connect-File. Steps i have done in activity,

1. file is being created at server folder location through Connect-File 

2. Work object is being created using createWorkPage and AddWork OOTB.

3. Unable to attach file to this work object,

Please suggest the approach to attach the file.
