How to add a property pyEmailAddress to pyWorkpage

Hi Frds, 

We have a requirement to add pxCreateOperator's email id to the pyWorkPage. Currently we can only see pxCreateOperator name and create time and few other details. But we need to add email address also the pyWorkPage. Please suggest approach for fulfilling this requirement.

You should consider setting the operator as a work party. Using the 'pyCaseManagementDefault" work party rule, you can enable the "Owner" work party to be added upon manual case creation by checking the "VOE" checkbox and using the "CurrentOperator" as the model.

This will add the create operator as the owner work party which you can easily report on as well since the work party is indexed by default.
