How to add a comment in a scanned pdf file and save as without OCR/using pdfconnector/viewer

Hi

My requirement is my automation needs to open a scanned pdf file and then add comment by pressing comment icon/button in pdf and then need to right click then saveas to save the file , how to do this automation using pdfconnector and pdf viewer?

My Robotic Studio Version 8.0.1090 no support for OCR , since I cannot use Abbyy

Please let me know any suggestion, no option for ocr.

You might be able to annotate but I do not believe you'll be able to actually edit the pdf.
