How to add captcha in Section instead of using captcha in default security policy

use a non auto-generated section. add 2 HTML fragments named pyCustomCaptchaHead and pyCustomCaptchaBody:

May i get the step screenshots please, i have included but not getting the result.
Could see that pyCustomCaptchaHead as well as pyCustomCaptchaBody empty, do i need to inclued any JS in that?

Have already gone through those links. The requirement is to add captcha in a section , not a captcha in the login screen.
It will be helpful ,if anyone who had been implemented has share the steps
