how to achieve autocomplete down arrow functionality on user tap in mobile devices.

autocomplete has the capability of listing all items when you hit down arrow while working in desktop. We are implementing autocomplete in mobile application, where users want to list the values before they start filtering. Does anyone know how we can achieve listing all values on user tap, similar to hitting of down arrow function in desktops.
