Hovering A Link from grid is not displaying a section in Overlay

Hi , there is a requirement for displaying SR Preview which will show related details of that SR for that particular Row's SR. Details are displaying when I am using smart info. In that displaying section there is a requirement to show a link , clicking on which it will refresh the section and display an autocomplete with a button to reassign SR. That is not happening in smart info. But when I am using action , then overlay for that section I can do all the thing. Now this is working in one app (2 market app) not in another. Need help
