Is HFix-55271 included in Pega 8.4?

We have an installation of 8.1.3 and we're seeing an issue where exported reports would have a values such as 1.00000000 which requires us to clean up manually.

Doing a search, we found this.

Round off issues occur while performing Export to Excel | Pega

We're hoping that it will fix this issue. We have access to 8.4 and that it will fix it.
