Header background mixin render gradients incorrectly (7.1.8)

I found "Header background" mixin render gradients incorrectly in 7.1.8, the starting color and end color treated in opposite way.

Is this a already reported bug?

By the way in 7.1.7, the same mixin render gradients correctly as below

Looks like the same issue is true in 7.1.9. I did a search through the bug backlog and didn't see anything specific to this. I'll double-check to make sure and then enter one on your behalf. Nice catch!
