Having two navigation bars in a portal

Is it possible to have two navigation bars in a portal? My requirement is to show one navigation bar to the left and other navigation bar at the top of the page as in the attached screenshot.

Is it possible?

I guess you need to choose the correct screen layout/container  in your portal harness.

Hi Neha,

   I can choose the screen layout i need at harness level. For Ex: I have chosen screenlayout1 for harness1. When I click on another link in the navigation bar, i am launching harness2 with a different screenlayout2..this is fine. any dynamic action i do in that harness2 is taking me back to harness1 which is having screenlayout1. I am pointing on this issue please.
