harness not loading in designer studio

We have a Pega 7.1.8 application and we are facing the issue that harness is not loading in designer studio. It is happening for new, existing or Pega OOTB harnesses. We even tries revalidating few but the issue still remains.

Has anyone come across similar issue and is there anything we can check?
