Getting messed up page(some image) in APP studio. Not able to open pega landing page.

I am getting a very unusual screen after logging in to pega personal edition v8.1. The screen is having the logo of pega all over it and I am unable to click on anything.

Please Advise!!

I tried truncating the table pr_sysgen_static_content and clearing temp folder as mentioned in the similar post below and it worked for me.
