Getting Error Requestion From Pega error During RPA
Hi ,
we have done RPA for Text Adapter Project. Automation running correctly and Completed, but getting error when send response back to Pega. getting below error in Log.
RoboticsAPIHelper.SendCaseResult - Send Case Result Failed . Case completion status: 'Completed'

Hi,
This doesn't have only one Automation, this is RPA Project end to end Text Adapter solution which connect with Pega as well.
Since code is in Client Desktop, difficult to Provide Screenshots. when we run the Text Adapter Project manually without Pega, its running ok, and also if we run the project through Pega, bot navigating through Mainframe Application, and status get completed, only getting error when send response back to pega.

I see this API issue from the server side, Better way to debug this is run the API URL in Web browser and see what is returning.
second option is, Uncheck PegaAPI Security in service rule
Third Option and final one is, Check with you server team if they have any firewall blockage
