My Issue Got Resolved, its Access Issue. To PRPC:Unauthenticated AG or Customized Unwuthenticated accessgroup should have access roles which will have prodlevel(5) to view report and others.
After i add my app level custom access roles it worked, since by default "Guest" acess role does nto have this.

It is not clear what the use case is when this happens. Can you please provide more context on why the report is being running before authentication?

Hi,
We are trying to customise login screen to provide some extra fields in dropdown along with User Id password. Drop down values are derived from data table. So before user authenticates user will be able to select soem valu fro mthe dropdown. like User Id, Password, Application name to login will select.
FYI, Obj-browse is working in this scenario, but want to use Report defiantion at this point. some how its failing.

I have a very similar issue -- same type of situation, same result;
during the login process (before login is successful, while the requestor is still unauthenticated), I need to access a data page defined by a report defnition, but a Report Definition requires an authenticated user to load (the activity pxCallRetreiveReportData is final, and has checked "Require authentication to run" on the Security tab).
So how can I load a data page via rpt defn when I'm in an unauthenticated requestor?
[I don't know about the OP, but I'm definitely not using an external DB]

As i mentioned below, Please add Accessroles with what all access u need( generally u need view reports to level 5) in your UNAUTHNETICATED access group, which generally we use for authentication requestior.
Or u can copy/create similar the AccessRole which u use in your applciation level. You can call RD from Data page.
