GetAttachmentReference activity does not call DisplayAttachFile

Is there a anyone who helps me ? I have a same issue.

GetAttachmentReference activity does not call DisplayAttachFile. I wanna download attachment when I click its name.

Thank you very much!! Yes it is a custom design.Adding "pega.ui.HarnessActions.doAttachmentSingleClick" into the action tab, it works.

Hi Gomerilk,

You are trying to download from the ootb attachments section displayed on the workobject, right?

Also, what kind of attachment you are trying to open it? 

Can you please tell the version of Pega you are using and the screen shot of the error message if any? 

Note: If it is a custom design then please note that DisplayAttachFile must be called using Open URL in Window.

Meanwhile can you please review the below article which seems to be same as the original issue posted on this thread.
