Generated PDF font size issue OOTB feature
Hi,
I am currently working on Pega 6 and when I try to export to PDF for a generated Report via report definition I am having font size issue, the font size becomes very small and hence is not readable. Every time I will have to zoom it manually.
Is there any solution for it.
Attaching screen shot of generated PDF
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
If there are more columns in the report definition, inorder to accomodate all the columns, the font size will be reduced in the generated pdf .
Check if customizing the rule pyReport_ExportToPdfStyles works ?

Hi Haritha,
Yes it is trying to accommodate everything in 1 page and hence reducing the font size, but I don't want it to happen. If it does not fit in one page that is okay, it can create multiple pages but that will make the records readable.
and I did not find the rule name you mentioned.

I get this when I try to search the rule name you mentioned

Also when I has more number of records like I had 580 records. It accommodated in just 3 pages and the font size was very small. If it has accommodated the results into 12-15 pages it would have been perfect.

It seems like there are too many columns in the output and it tries to fit everything in the PDF output . This seems to be expected . Try changing the layout to landscape if not already and see if it helps.
