Font size in RTE often changes unexpectedly when saving or refreshing
RTEには、次の方法によるデフォルトのフォントとフォントサイズがあります。
フォント：Arial、フォントサイズ：16px

この設定は、RTEに入力すると正常に機能するようです。
ただし、別のページに移動した後、保存または再表示を繰り返すと、フォントサイズが小さくなります。
ソースデータを見ると、HTMLコードは存在しませんでした。
したがって、テキストには、設定したフォントサイズ情報が含まれていないと思います。
さらに、このバグは長い間発生していませんが、過去2か月ほどで発生し始めています。
理由や解決策を教えていただければ幸いです。

Sorry for the late reply.
Even if the option is not present in Skin for RTE control, you can customize the css style for font weight and size for the Custom RTE control that you create in skin rule.
If you know a bit of CSS, you can identify the new Custom RTE control class and then override any styling settings you want

RTE formatting can also be managed through skin rules. Have you checked if that has been updated for your application skin rule?

I checked the RTE of Component Styles of the skin rule.
There was only 'default' in ''Inherited".
So I tried customizing the skin rules to set the default font and font size, but I couldn't find such a place.
How can I try your suggestion?

You can create a new RTE format type. Just perform Save as of "Default" RTE format and save it with some other name. For exmaple, "CustomRTEStyle". Put the styling there as you need like font size, typograhy etc.
Once you have created the format in the skin rule, Open the rule where you are using the RTE control. Go to the presentation tab of the file, and select the "CustomRTEStyle" format from the layout type option.

I renamed and saved the default, as you say.
However as you can see in the screenshot, it looks like I can only change the Type and color.
Where can I place the styling as needed, such as font size and typos?
It would be very helpful if you could tell me how to do it.
