Focus shifts back to source item after refresh on change action
I have a requirement to set focus from subject of email to body od email on tab. But a refresh other section action is configured on it.
Need to know why focus is shifting back to subject of the email. I tried many ways to control this. please suggest if there is any ootb setting to control this other than inline scripts/java.

Which Pega version are you using here?
Can you use the Set Focus action to set focus onto the property that you want after the refresh?

Are you using ootb or a custom section for email? If it is a custom section could you share how the section is configure (are there different section for subject and body) in order to understand the issue you are facing.

Hi, When you refresh the section that has the subject and email the focus by default would go to subject since that is the first interactive element. You could write a javascript method and call it after refresh as you mentioned.
