A flow action controls how users interact with user forms to complete assignments. After selecting one flow action, users may fill in a section of the form to complete (perform) the assignment.

Most often when you show a screen to the user for reading and filling out information, that screen is represented on a flow action rule, which typically in turn contains section rules which contain the text and input fields you want the user to see. The only common exception to this fact that I can think of is when you want such information to be presented on the portal directly, in which case the portal can contain section rules directly. /Eric
