Hi,

I tried interrogating Flash Player web application, with Pega Robot Studio V Proprietary information hidden, and as suggested in http://help.openspan.com/80/index.htm#Adobe_Flash_and_Apache_Flex_application_support.htm, some options like List Windows and Documents & List External Application Controls, were not present (in Web Controls). As suggested on the help page, I tried pressing and holding the Ctrl key, while dragging the bullseye to the control to be interrogated. But, that is also not working. I've attached the screenshots of my studio Web controls tab, and the one in help page as well.

Am I missing something or anything else has to be done to interrogate the controls in application successfully?
