Finding a test case missing a test suite

Client wants to identify all test cases that are missing a test suite. 

Is there any easy way to do this in the Pega Platform?

No, there isn't.

But you could create a Declare Index and save instances of pxResults on the Test Suite. This saves all the data you'll need for matching it to test cases.

Test Case

You could create a report on Rule-Test-Unit-Case and display all the entries which are not listed in the index.
