File Listener : "You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance DATA-WORKATTACH-FILE" error displayed.
Hi,
File listener is able to read the files from defined folder but while trying to save some file details etc, I am getting below error,
"You are not authorized to create, modify, or lock instance DATA-WORKATTACH-FILE".
I have tried by updating the "RequestorLogin" with valid user id & password, it did not work. I have checked in SMA based on requestor session ID, it had blank user id though.
Have any of you faced similar issues? Please help.

Hi Vinay,
We are facing the same issue while saving a case.
If you could please let us know whether the issue you faced had been resolved and if yes, what was done to get rid of the issue.
