File listener not working
Hi, all
I am a pega beginner and required to create file listener to import csv file, and save the data in csv into local storage.
I try to struggle to create file listener many times, but no data in clipboard and local storage....,but csv file in folder exists in "completed" folder when I performed listener in admin studio. So listener seems to work, but no data in clipboard and local storage.
May I have any advice? Please refer to attachment...

Hi Yuki,
The logs in your document shows that it is not able to find the Service Package instance:SP12273.
In your document instead of service package screen-shot you have added Service File screen-shot.
Could you please add the screen-shot of service package.
