File listener issue : Attempting to start non-recursive timer pxServiceActivityElapsed/pxServiceActivityCPU called recursively

file listener is executing the file dropped in location and creating an error file. no errors observed in logs except: 2018-11-02 11:21:31,525 [PRPCWorkManager : 12] [ STANDARD] [ ] ( internal.pal.PALDurationImpl) ERROR - Attempting to start non-recursive timer pxServiceActivityElapsed/pxServiceActivityCPU called recursively Could anyone please provide some insight on how to resolve this issue?
