Field level audit getting removed after case resolve

We have to record Field Level Audit using OOTB functionality. Our page structure is pyWorkPage.PageA.PageB.properties. After the case is resolved, in the field level tab PageB is showing as removed and the properties inside it are showing New Value as blank. But the values are present in the clipboard and also getting stored in the work table. Although the functionality is working when normal save is done when the case is open. It is running in a screenflow and getting resolved using OOTB methods.

Any idea why PageB is getting removed after case resolved?
