Feature Flagging Release

Hi,

For new process release where it consist of set of features, is there a recommended way we deploy code by feature flagging, so we have control on frequent deployment.

Before every upgrade, Carefully going through the release notes for each patch/major release is the only way to be aware of new fixes & features.  Few notes may include settings to enable/disable certain features in the platform.
