"Failure saving preferences to Operator ID Record" when logging out
Hello,
on Pega 7, I exported the .jar file of my Operator ID record. Then, I imported this .jar file on to our Pega 6 Plattform. Even though everything went well, the following warning pops up when I want to logout this Operator ID.
Setting preferences to default, changings preferences, changing settings, etc. ... nothing works. Every time I want to log out, I get this warning.
Can you help me here?

Can you check / try following:
- be sure your Operator ID records do not have references to out-of-date rules (particularly within your Access Groups)
If everything is up-to-date and you still experience the error, you can:
- recreate the Operator ID with the exact same attributes
