Failed to get Summary of Rule Cache
Hi,
We have recently patched our application from Pega 8.2.1 to Pega 8.4.1 to resolve the number of product issues. After patch upgrade we are getting below error. Please find attached the full log for more details. This error was not appearing in Pega 8.2.1.

I raised INC-131491 and the issue has been confirmed as a product bug. The issue will be fixed in the next patch release i.e. 8.4.2

After speaking to my GCS Engineer SMEs, they suggested that they will require proprietary information from you in order to help. Since they need that information, they've asked that I reach out and ask that you open a Support ticket with them.
