Fail: Authentication parameters incorrect - the server responded with an HTTP 401 code, indicating an authorization problem.
while running a connect-REST through an activity, we observe no error and a response stating:
pyStatusMessage : the server responded with an HTTP 401 code, indicating an authorization problem.
Could you please assist

Hi Shreeram,
Can you check in the PegaRules log file to know what error it is throwing at backend to get more information, if you couldnt find the enough information to find the root cause you can enable the classes related to Connect-REST rule to DEBUG mode and check the logs to track more information.
Basically HTTP 401 code, specifies that your credentials are not able to authorize by the external service where your REST service is available.
Hope this will help you to investigate further on this issue.

Did you fix this issue? I am also facing same problem. I am trying to consume a REST service using connector.
For the REST service, service package is configured with custom authentication.
