Facing issues with SLA FunctionAlias pxSLAAgeByClassTimeliness and Report Definiton pyAgeResolvedByClass
Hi Team,
I'm working on Pega 7.1.9 and we are using SQL server as our Application DB.
The issue is when I run pyAgeResolvedByClass OOTB Report Definition rule it is only populating the results for within goal cases even though I have cases with past goal and past deadline.

Hi Vyas,
It seems the properties pySLAGoal and pySLADeadline are being updated as null, through Resolve Activity which is invoked when any WO is resolved. As the report is querying for these corresponding columns we are observing null values in the report.
Attached screenshot of resolve activity.
You may raise an SR with GCS for further investigation.

Hi,
Can you post the db query that is getting triggered on running the RD ?
Also please try to execute the same query directly on your db, and check if the results are getting fetched or not .
Also make sure you are trying it with ootb RD .
