Facing issue while merging previous and current accounts
Hi @eddie.jm , I recently joined in Capgemini, so I have updated my primary account email as Capgemini Email and I was asked to merge my Pega accounts previous account and current account while merging when I entered the Infosys as my previous Org it is giving error like invalid details. Need help to merge my accounts .
Current Company Email ID : Proprietary information hidden
Infosys ID (Previous Org ): Proprietary information hidden
Personal Gmail ID : Proprietary information hidden

Please carry out a PSC key word search: 'invalid details merge account'. It will bring up previous customer questions, and the steps you need to take to rectify this.
