Facing issue in loading Mashup

I have created a standalone html page for mashup code to display harness. When I try to hit it in browser, I am getting the below in the pzIncludeMashupScripts. I am not sure if it related to server configuration. Kindly provide your suggestion.

"Uncaught ReferenceError: Polymer is not defined"

Our is a cloud instance(v7.2.2).
