Extreme slowness while installing Pega on Azure

Hi - We are installing Pega on Azure cloud . On top of Base pega we are trying to install IIF , PUI , CS and Marketing .However we are facing extreme slowness while installing IIF framework itself . Around 100 records are getting saved 10 seconds while total number of records in IIF jar itself is 58086 ! Appreciate any pointers here if you have faced similar performance with Azure before.

Hi - Thanks for the suggestion , however i am not seeing any change in performance so far even after the change . Hotfix scanning also took an inordinate amount of time. Trying to load the first framework now though it's still slow. It would be helpful if you can suggest any other place to look at.

It's difficult to make suggestions without knowing the Pega version and infrastructure (db infrastucture). Are you able to provide any further details?

That aside, are you seeing any bottlenecks in the ALERT logs

You may wish to examine these through https://github.com/pegasystems/pega-logviewer/releases
