Exercise System shows different view from Cource Guide
Q1. Regarding System Architect Essentials v7.2 section 3.1 Exercise System behavior. When I create a new case, Pega Academy Cource Guide says that it shows "New" form to set case property value, for example "First Name", "Last Name". However, it shows different form. How can I make the Exercise System work as described in Pega Academy Cource Guide?

Q2. Next display is also different from the Cource Guide. The Cource Guide says it should show a pane to show current user (for example, "A" as "Author", "M" as "Manager", "D" as "Director"), a pane to simulate display for current case worker, a pane called "Open Assignments". I completed the first 4 sections of the Cource that includes Exercise: (3.1.4, 3.1.6, 3.1.8, 3.2.4).
In 3.2.4 Excercise, the Excercise System's actual behavior is totally different from the behavior described in the Cource Guide.

Hi Eddie, my exercise system has been flashed since my last post.So the link (URL) to my exercise environment is nolonger available...
I cannot reproduce your experience. The screen shots indicate you may have created the case type in a manner not consistent with the guidance in the exercise. My recommendation is to do the first three exercises (create case type, add stages, and add steps) again to ensure you followed the exercise guidance. Use a different name, such as Expense Report 2, Exp Rpt, or some other name of your choice as long as it is different.
