Exercise System Resets on the same Day

Hi Team,

The Course Title is :
SYSTEM ARCHITECT ESSENTIALS Version: 7.3, 7.4 , Have chosen 7.2 since 7.3,7.4 option is not available in drop down
My exercise system is getting reset very frequently. I understand that the system resets after 1 week of inactivity. Here in my case it is getting reset while i am doing the exercises on the same day. Could you please help me understand what is causing the system to reset the exercise.
I am unable to make progress because of this issue, request you to kindly help.
Attaching the screenshot where i have created the On boarding case which is not available in my exercise system right now

This is usually an indication than you completed the course. The online exercise system is not available after course completion. There is a VM you can download and practice with. Please see the lesson Completing the course exercises.
