Executing Java script on load of every screen

Hello,

I have a java script code that needs to be loaded on every screen of the application. This java script code will help in web analytics and will send out the stats to the server. Where can I place this code? When I place it in the portal harness, it only gets called once when the portal is loaded. Also, we have 30+ harnesses in the application.
