Errors in the production logs
Hi,
We are seeing the below error multiple time in the production logs. There are no additional details found in the logs.
Activity CPMClearChildRecents failed to execute, D_CPMPortalRecents.pxResults(2), page class is null
Activity CPMPreTabClose failed to execute, D_CPMPortalRecents.pxResults(2), page class is null
Activity CPMClearSingleRecent failed to execute, D_CPMPortalRecents.pxResults(2), page class is null

D_CPMPortalRecents is available Data Page. It holds the top level recent of the portal.Can you check whether this has been customized or not?

Hi Pravin,
Another user reported SR-C27231 regarding the above errors which are frequently seen in their logs in Pega 7.2.2 version and the issue has been resolved with the below explanation,
"There are multiple cases where this can happen as the use case reported by you is when they open a interaction object from worklist or by search by Interaction ID. So this is not breaking any customer functionality/use cases and just a warning in the logs, Cannot provide any fix at this point of time.
Platform and Customer Service teams are going to enhance this not to report these warnings in 7.5, hopefully all these will be resolved."
