Error while trying to take cloud-based exercise_decisioning consultant module (Pega 7)

Hi- while trying to take the cloud-based exercise for decisioning consultant module, I encounter the error 'The information you entered was not recognized ' even after I used the given user id & password ((username: customer1 /password: password) ). Any idea what's missing here?
