Error while performing an exercise in Robotics Process Automation 8.0

Hello Guys,

I have been facing an issue while doing an exercise in Pega Robotic Automation Architect Essentials --> Working with Windows Adapters --> Exercise : Interrogating a Windows Application.

While performing below mentioned step, getting error please find it in attached screenshot :

Interrogate using the Interrogation target

  1. With the CRM.os project item open in the Designer Window, click the Start Interrogation button. Studio launches the Training CRM application (as specified in the Path property) and opens an Interrogation Form dialog.

I have tried giving value to the TargetPath property under Properties CRM --> Path --> TargetPath as well, but its showing message as :

An error occurred while setting up shared memory with the service 'OpenSpan Services'. Verify that the service is running.

Please check and solve this issue, if anyone has come across this while performing exercises in RPA 8.0.
