Error while parsing csv file

Hi Team,

Is there any way to trigger an email to users if there is an error while parsing csv file(File Listener)?

Error: com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRException: Error while parsing: Invalid escape sequence. Escape character must be followed by either field delimiter, or record delimiter, or another escape character

Hi,

I think this need to be customized. Once you have an error, you can change a flag and send email after this. Not sure any OOTB way to do this but you can check send email related activity

Hi Chinna, 

Alternatively, you can skip parsing the CSV directly using FileListener options and then use your service activity to process the CSV using the delimiter/parsing methods with appropriate error handling.  

This way you would have more control over the processing than customising or fiddling with File Listener options.
