Error while adding a server in pgAdmin

i have requirement of adding a server of pega on pgAdmin ,while adding a server have an error .Please find the attachment.

Hello,

While adding a server into the pgAdmin, just provide localhost or IP address in the Host name/address field in Connection tab instead of http://.
